Proposed draft Community Land Management Plan for Community, Social
and Affordable Housing – portion of Skoda Street Reserve Port Willunga
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 196 of the Local Government Act 1999 that the City of Onkaparinga proposes to adopt a new community land management plan for a portion of Skoda Street Reserve, Port Willunga.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 202 of the Local Government Act 1999 that the City of Onkaparinga proposes to enter into a 42-year lease over a portion of Skoda Street Reserve, Port Willunga for the development, construction, and management of community, social and affordable rental housing.
Before Council grants a lease relating to community land, the lease must be authorised in an approved management plan for the land. A new Draft Community Land Management Plan has been prepared for this purpose.
A copy of the draft Community Land Management Plan for Community, Social and Affordable Housing is available for inspection at the Noarlunga Council Offices as required by section 197(1) of the Local Government Act 1999. The draft Community Land Management Plan for Community, Social and Affordable Housing can also be viewed on the Your Say page on Council’s website.
The subject land is described as portion of Allotment (Reserve) 343 contained in DP 6841 and comprised in portion of Certificate of Title Volume 1635 Folio 137.
