Notice of Compulsory Acquisition of land

at Riverstone in the Blacktown City Council area

Landcom (formerly trading as UrbanGrowth NSW) declares, with the approval of His Excellency the Governor dated 19 October 2016, that the land described in the schedule below is acquired by compulsory process under the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 for the purposes of Precinct A (Stages 1-3) of the Riverstone Scheduled Lands Project pursuant to Schedule 7 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW).

ALL those pieces or parcels of land situated in the Blacktown City Council area, Parish of St Matthew and County of Cumberland, shown as:

 

  1. Lot 189 in deposited plan 1230781, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Identifier 189/DP1230781, but excluding any estate or interest in covenant registered dealing number C33285; and
  2. Lots 191 and 192 in deposited plan 1230781, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Identifiers 191/DP1230781 and 192/DP1230781, but excluding any estate or interest in covenant registered dealing number C33285 and excluding the benefit of the easement for drainage created by DP 1214604; and
  3. Lots 167, 168, 169 and 170 in deposited plan 1230781, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Identifiers 167/DP1230781, 168/DP1230781, 169/DP1230781 and 170/DP1230781, but excluding any estate or interest in covenant registered dealing number A987223; and
  4. Lot 175 in deposited plan 1230781, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Identifier 175/DP1230781; and
  5. Lot 176 in deposited plan 1230781, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Identifier 176/DP1230781; and

  7. Lot 179 in deposited plan 1230781, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Identifier 179/DP1230781; and

  9. Lots 138 and 139 in deposited plan 1230781, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Identifiers 138/DP1230781 and 139/DP1230781, but excluding any estate or interest in conditions registered dealing no A574344; and
  10. Lots 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 129, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147 and 148 in deposited plan 1230781, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Folio Identifiers 105/DP1230781, 106/DP1230781, 107/DP1230781,  108/DP1230781, 109/DP1230781, 129/DP1230781, 143/DP1230781, 144/DP1230781, 145/DP1230781, 146/DP1230781, 147/DP1230781 and148/DP1230781, but excluding any estate or interest in conditions registered dealing no A574344,

and, in respect of all of the above land, excluding all easements, restrictions, covenants or interests created by deposited plan 1230781.

The land described in paragraph 1 is said to be in the possession of Salvatore Joseph Esposito and Josephine Frances Esposito.

The land described in paragraph 2 is said to be in the possession of Puneet Kaur Gill.

The land described in paragraph 3 is said to be in the possession of Steven James Armstrong and Craig Andrew Armstrong.

The land described in paragraph 4 is said to be in the possession of Arun Prakash Mahalingam and Gayathri Subbaiah.

The land described in paragraph 5 is said to be in the possession of Carolyn Ann Boyton, Scott Anthony Boyton, Stephen Leslie Boyton, Roslyn Elliott, Anne Kearns, Jeannette Savins, Susan Grinly, Carolyn Ann Barnham, Michael John Patrick, John Edward Shafer and Kenneth Henry Shafer.

The land described in paragraph 6 is said to be in the possession of Glen Robert Davies.

The land described in paragraph 7 is said to be in the possession of Elizabeth Anne O'Neill.

The land described in paragraph 8 is said to be in the possession of Rade Blanusa and Bosiljka Blanusa.

The land described in paragraph 9 is said to be in the possession of Domenico Antonio Tassone.

The land described in paragraph 10 is said to be in the possession of Goran Sasic and Sarah Sasic.
