Automatic Submersible Vortex Pump

IDENTIFICATION:

Following an electric shock incident, the supply flexible cord and earthing of this product has been identified as non-compliant to Australian Electrical Safety Standards and therefore Wilo is recalling all STV180F-EM-A pumps sold in Australia and NZ.

Since 2015 a total of 1973 units have been sold in Australia and NZ.

 

HAZARD:

Risk of Electric Shock due to defective earth core in cable.

 

ACTION REQUIRED:

Customers must immediately disconnect the pump and no longer use it. Wilo Australia, will provide you with advice on returning the product and arrangements for a full refund.
