DISPOSAL OF COUNCIL LAND
In accordance with Section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 (the Act), notice is hereby given of Glamorgan Spring Bay Council’s intention to sell or dispose of a 1824m2 parcel of land being Certificate of Title 62307 folio: 50, at:
50 Beattie Avenue, Bicheno
Under that section of the Act, Council is required to notify the public of its intention to dispose of public land on two (2) occasions. This is the Second advertisement.
Objections to the proposed disposal may be made to Council’s General Manager within 21 days of the date of the first advertisement. Objections must be lodged and received before the close of business on 23rd November 2023.
