NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that after the expiration of 30 days. the Recorder of Titles may,
unless a caveat is lodged forbidding it, bring the land described below under the Land Titles Act
1980 ('the Act') by creating a folio of the Register for that land in the name of:
