NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of seven days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 59684 Folio 18 in the names of WAYNE DAVID BARNES and SANDRA AILEEN BARNES to the land situate in the City of CLARENCE which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
