                                    Declared Pest Fence Notice

Pursuant to the Biosecurity Act 2014 (“the Act”), the Darling Downs-Moreton Rabbit Board gives notice that as the building authority for the Rabbit Proof Check Fence, the Board will be entering onto rural properties in the local authority areas described below for the purpose of building, inspecting and maintaining the Rabbit Proof Check Fence and clearing the fence line during a twelve month period commencing on 1^st March 2021 and will continue until 28^th February 2022 during the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
