Pursuant to section 223 of the Local Government Act 1999, City of Adelaide is conducting public consultation on a permit application for an Arts and Culture Music Festival which requires a road closure that may significantly impede the passage
of traffic:
The Arts and Culture Music Festival seeks to close of portion of Bartels Road, between East Terrace and Dequetteville Terrace, from either, 5:00 am on Wednesday 22 October 2025 until 11:59pm on Monday 27 October 2025; or 5:00 am on Wednesday 29 October 2025 until 11:59pm on Monday 3 November 2025.
