Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Roads (Opening and Closing) Act 1991, that the City of Port Adelaide Enfield proposes to make a Road Process Order to close portion of Tennyson Street Clearview marked ‘A’ on Preliminary Plan No. 23/0025. The Preliminary Plan and statement of persons affected are available for public inspection at the Civic Centre, 163 St Vincent Street, Port Adelaide, Monday to Friday, and the Office of the Surveyor-General at Level 10, 83 Pirie Street, Adelaide during usual business hours, or online at https://www.sa.gov.au/roadsactproposals.
Any application for easement or objection to the Road Process must set out the full name, address and details of the submission with fully supported reasons and must be made in writing within 28 days of the date of this notice and sent to the City of Port Adelaide Enfield, PO Box 110, Port Adelaide SA 5015, and a copy must also be forwarded to the Surveyor General at GPO Box 1815, Adelaide SA 5001. Where an objection or application for an easement is received, the Council will give notification of a meeting at which the matter will be considered.
