NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of seven days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 7288 Folio 1 in the name/s of MARK ROYCE TAFFS and KARA MARY TAFFS to the land situate in the Parish of CONINGHAM, Land District of BUCKINGHAM which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
