BY-LAW No 4 – LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAND
– REVIEW AND RESOLUTION
At its meeting held on 7 May 2024, Council declared that the following restrictions will apply in accordance with Section 246(3)(e) of the Local Government Act 1999:
Paragraph 5.10.2 of the Council’s By-Law No 4
– Local Government Land shall apply in the following location:
• Lochend House and Surrounds
(inside the fenced area).
