Expressions of Interest Sought
Mohammad Mirzan Bin Mansoor and Katherine Elizabeth Barnet were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the Company on 28 August 2024.
Urgent expressions of interest are invited for the purchase of the Company’s assets.
Key features of the assets are:
· Specialised contract asset located in France. Further information will be provided upon payment of a non-refundable deposit due to confidentiality reasons; and
· Silver 2021 Ubeaut Box Trailer.
Expressions of interest should be lodged with Ms Ivana Widjaja by email at ivana.widjaja@olveraadvisors.com before 4:00 PM (AEST) on 19 September 2024.
An information memorandum will be provided to all interested parties on execution and return of a confidentiality agreement and payment of a non-refundable deposit of $500.
