PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC LAND
LOT 23 AMELIA COURT, SORELL
At the ordinary Council meeting of 17 October 2023, Council resolved its intention to dispose approximately 1088m² of land located at Amelia Court, Sorell, being CT140807/23.
The land is considered to be Public Land pursuant to S.177A of the Local Government Act 1993 (“the Act”).
Pursuant to S.178 of the Act written submissions can be made in regard to Council’s intention to dispose the public land, and must be considered by Council.
Submissions must be addressed to the General Manager, Sorell Council: email sorell.council@sorell.tas.gov.au or PO Box 126, Sorell TAS 7172, and must be received by Monday 13th May 2024.
Following Council’s consideration of any submissions, a decision will be made on the proposed disposal of public land. All persons making a submission will be advised of Council’s decision.
