COMBINED PLANNING APPLICATION & AMENDMENT PLAM-21/02
The Tasmanian Planning Commission has approved Amendment PLAM-21/02 to the Glenorchy Local Provisions Schedule. The amendment takes effect on 10 May 2022.
What land is affected by the amendment?
26A Tregear Street, Moonah.
The amendment rezones 26A Tregear Street, Moonah from a Community Purpose Zone to an Inner Residential Zone.
A planning permit has also been granted for four (4) multiple dwellings on the land.
The amendment seeks to include land no longer used for a community purpose within an Inner Residential Zone to facililate increased housing opportunities.
