APPLICATION FOR PACKAGED LIQUOR LICENCE
Endeavour Group Limited of 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills, New South Wales, applied to Liquor Control Victoria on 29 February 2024 for the grant of a packaged liquor licence for premises to be known as BWS - BEER WINE SPIRITS to be situate at Shop 1, 90-94 Forest Street, Castlemaine, Victoria. Any person may object to the grant of this application on the grounds of: • it would detract from, or be detrimental to, the amenity of the area in which the premises are situated; and/or • it would be conducive to or encourage the misuse or abuse of alcohol. An objection must state the reasons for the objection. All objections are treated as public documents. Objections must be made in writing to: Liquor Control Victoria, GPO Box 1988, Melbourne VIC 3001. Objections must be made within 30 days of the date of this notice.
