Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999, the following vehicles have been impounded by the Adelaide Hills Council at Scott Creek Road, Heathfield.
Council has been unable to locate the registered owners of the vehicles. If any vehicle is not claimed by the registered owner and all expenses in connection with the removal, custody and maintenance of the vehicle and of advertising this notice are not paid in full within 14 days of the date of this notice; the vehicles will be sold or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the above mentioned act.
