All members are invited to attend the AGM of the Thoroughbred Racehorse Owners’ Association Inc. to be held on Wednesday May 7, 2025. The meeting will take place via Zoom commencing at 5.00 pm.

In accordance with the Statement of Rules & Purposes the following members of the
Committee automatically retire: Brae Sokolski, Jonathan Munz, Peter Doran. All offer themselves for re-election.
Nominations for election to the Committee close fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting. Candidates must forward written notification of their intention to stand for election to: Thoroughbred Racehorse Owners’ Association, 400 Epsom Road , Flemington Victoria 3031
All notifications must also bear the signatures of a proposer, seconder and the candidate. Candidates, proposers and seconders must be members of TROA and must provide their Owners Gold Card details as evidence of same as required.
