Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Sandy Bay Sailing Club will be held at the Derwent Sailing Squadron, 23 Marieville Esplanade, Sandy Bay at 5:00pm Saturday 11th May 2024.
The business to be transacted there will be:
1.To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM held on the 6th May 2023.
2.To receive and if thought fit adopt the Financial Report.
3.Election of Officers and Directors.
4.Appoint the Auditors.
