Public Attendance
Members of the public can attend council meetings and are invited to register online at ccc.tas.gov.au/your-council/council-meetings/. If you are unable to access the internet or experience booking issues, please contact our Corporate Support team on either 6217 ... or 6217 ... who will be able to register for you.
Registration opens at 9.00am on the Thursday before the meeting. On the evening of the meeting doors will open at 5.40pm with attendance preferred by no later than 5.50pm to allow time for seating prior to commencement of the meeting. If you have registered but no longer wish to attend, please advise our Corporate Support team prior to the meeting.
Deputations
If you wish to make a deputation, they must be booked by contacting the Corporate Support team on 6217 ... or 6217 ... . Applications will need to be received by noon on Friday 13 June.
Public Question Time
Questions on Notice are to be submitted in accordance with Council’s Public Question Time procedures (see Council’s website for information).
Viewing the Council Meeting
Meetings are livestreamed via Youtube and shared on the City of Clarence website and social media channels; Recordings of meetings are available on Council’s website. The agenda will be available at the Council offices and on Council’s website at https://www.ccc.tas.gov.au /agenda on Thursday 12 June.
