A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL

The Meeting will be held for the purpose of considering the following:
Public Attendance
Members of the public can attend council meetings and are invited to register online at ccc.tas.gov.au/your-council/council-meetings/. If you are unable to access the internet or experience booking issues, please contact our Corporate Support team on either 6217 ... or 6217 ... who will be able to register for you.
Registration opens at 9.00am on the Thursday before the meeting. On the evening of the meeting doors will open at 5.40pm with attendance preferred by no later than 5.50pm to allow time for seating prior to commencement of the meeting. If you have registered but no longer wish to attend, please advise our Corporate Support team prior to the meeting.
Viewing the Council Meeting
Meetings are livestreamed via Youtube and shared on the City of Clarence website and social media channels and recordings of meetings are available on Council’s website. The agenda will be available at the Council offices and on Council’s website at https://www.ccc.tas.gov.au /agenda on Friday 6 June 2025.
