ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF

THE QUEENSLAND POLICE LEGACY SCHEME

Will be held on Wednesday 9^th October 2024 at Merv’s

Place, Rooftop, Queensland Police Union of Employees,

217 North Quay, Brisbane commencing at 10.00am.

BUSINESS:

1. To adopt the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024;
2. To fill vacancies on the Board of Directors of The Queensland Police Legacy Scheme;
3. To elect an auditor for the ensuing year; and
4. To decide on any resolution of which 7 days notice in writing has been given to the meeting.

BOARD NOMINATIONS:

A contributing member seeking election to the Board

must be nominated in writing by not less than 5

contributing members and such nomination lodged

with the Returning Officer 28 days prior to the AGM.
