NOTICE FOR CLAIMS
In the Estate of TERENCE LESLIE FRASER late of Uniting Age Well, Kings Meadows in Tasmania, deceased, who died on 16 August 2024.
NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors, next of kin and other persons having claims in respect of the property or the Estate of the abovenamed deceased are required by the Executors YVONNE JOY COLGRAVE of 12 Hillary Street, St Leonards in Tasmania and DAVID LESLIE FRASER of 152 Charles Street, Beauty Point in Tasmania to send particulars in writing to The Registrar, Supreme Court of Tasmania, GPO Box 167, Hobart, Tasmania 7001 on or before 16 July 2025 after which date the Executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
