Proposed termination of Strata Scheme No 14818 being
property situated at 12 Burge Street, Vaucluse NSW 2030.
Notice is given of an intention to apply to the Registrar General
for an order terminating the above Strata Schemes and the
consequent winding up of the Owners Corporations pursuant to
section 142 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW).
Any person having any claim against any of the Owners Corporations of the
above Strata Schemes or any estate or interest in or claim against
any of the lots comprised in the Strata Schemes is required on or
before 1 July 2022, to send particulars of the estate, interest or claim
