Any creditor or beneficiary or otherwise who has a claim on the Smiffarm Investment Trust is required to send particulars of that claim to the Trustee’s Solicitors named below no later than the date 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice at the expiration of which time the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Trust among the persons entitled to those assets and will wind up the Trust. In doing so, and relying on section 67 Trusts Act 1973, the Trustee will have regard only to the claims of which the Trustee has been notified.
