Any creditor, beneficiary or other person having any claim against the estate of ANDREW DAVID JARRETT late of 1519 Nambour Connection Road, Yandina in the State of Queensland, who died 20 October 2024 to 21 October 2024 must send particulars of their claim to the Executor’s Solicitors (identified below) not later than the date which is six (6) weeks after the date of publication of this Notice, after which date, pursuant to s.67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Executor will distribute the Estate of the Deceased having regard only to the claims of which the Executor has notice.
