Any persons having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in regard to the estate of any of the undermentioned deceased persons, are hereby required to send particulars of such claims to The Public Trustee of Queensland, 410 Ann Street, Brisbane on or before 21 days from the date of the Notice. After that date, the Public Trustee may distribute any of such estates amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall have had notice.
