Any person having knowledge of the whereabouts or the death of Roberto Rota, born in 1961 or
1962, formerly residing at 37 High Street, Cabramatta West NSW 2166, is requested to contact
National Probate and Estates Group on the below details, no later than 31 August 2025. In the
absence of such information, an application may be made to the Supreme Court of New South Wales
for an order pursuant to Re Benjamin; Neville v Benjamin [1902] 1 Ch 723.
