Would any person having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of DANNY JOHN MICHAEL CARR late of 19 Amelia Street, Albion, Queensland, deceased, send in particulars of their claim to SHONTELLE MICHELLE ROBINSON, the administrator of the estate, at 17 Eccles Street, South Ripley, Queensland within six weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the administrator shall then have had notice.
