This notice has been posted by order of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria at Ouyen to bring to the attention of Gavin William Reginald Scott that proceeding MAG-Cl-230126603 has been brought against you by Yarriambiack Shire Council for payment of unpaid rates and charges of the property - Certificate of Title VOLUME 04650 FOLIO 919, known as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on Title Plan 854094L (Formally Lot 1 on Plan of Subdivision 009249, Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision 009249, Lot 9, 10 and 11 on Plan of Subdivision 009249 and part of Road R 1 on Plan of Subdivision 009249) in the State of Victoria.
The amount sought in the Complaint is$ 7,227.65 plus interest and costs.
