CREDITORS’ NOTICE
PURSUANT TO s67
TRUSTS ACT 1973
Would any person having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of SALLY ANN ROBERTS late of Tri Care Kawana Waters Aged Care Residence, Riveraine Avenue, Warana, Queensland, deceased, send in particulars of their claim to KIM LESLIE ANN LINDSAY and TIMOTHY ANDREW TURNBULL, the Administrators of the estate, at 62 Sunbird Chase, Parrearra, Queensland within six weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrators shall then have had notice.
