PROPOSED TERMINATION OF STRATA SCHEME SP53363 being the property situated at 7-9 Averill Street, Rhodes NSW 2138 comprising folio identifiers Lot 1 & 2 in Strata Plan SP53363.
Notice is given of an intention to apply to the Registrar General for an order terminating the above Strata Scheme and the consequent winding up of the Owners Corporation, pursuant to section 142 of the Strata Scheme Development Act 2015 (NSW). Any person having a claim against the Owners Corporation or any of the lots comprised in the Strata Scheme is required, before the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of publication, to send particualrs of hte estate, interest or claim to:
