CREDITORS’ NOTICE PURSUANT TO s67 TRUSTS ACT 1973
Would any person having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of MICHAEL JOHN LEIGH late of 22 James Street, Mackay, Queensland, deceased, send in particulars of their claim to JUNE MELODY REED, the Administrator of the estate, at Unit 4, 11 Mary Street, Mackay, Queensland within six weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator shall then have had notice.
