CREDITORS’ NOTICE PURSUANT TO s67 TRUSTS ACT 1973
Would any person having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of ALLAN PHILLIP MOORE late of 11 Catherine Crescent, Kingsthorpe, Queensland, deceased, send in particulars of their claim to THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE OF QUEENSLAND, the Administrator of the estate, at “The Public Trustee of Queensland, Attention: VICKY THOMSON, GPO Box 1449, Brisbane QLD 4001” within six weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator shall then have had notice.
