NOTICE UNDER SECTION 45E(2) OF THE REAL PROPERTY ACT 1900 (NSW) – APPLICATION FOR POSSESSORY TITLE TO LAND
Application AU751060 has been made by Three Mile Hil Pty Limited (‘Applicant’) for a title pursuant to Part 6A of the Real Property Act 1900 (NSW) (‘Act’) (possessory title) in respect of the undermentioned land:
- Land being Lot 400 in unregistered deposited plan DP1315569 consisting of part of the unformed reserve road contained in part Volume 182 Folio 221 (which part road is surrounded by the land in Folio Identifier 300/1314016 known as 238 Meredith Road, Black Hill, NSW 2322 and 58A Taylor's Road, Black Hill, NSW 2322).
- In the Local Government Area of Cessnock, Parish of Stockrington, County of Northumberland.
The Applicant claims title by possession adverse to Edward William Sparke, their successors and assigns.
The Registrar-General intends to grant this application on the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice, unless before the expiration of that time period an objection is lodged in the form of a caveat pursuant to section 74F(3) of the Act, accompanied by the prescribed fee (currently $171.70, but increasing to $175.70 after 1 July 2025).
