APPLICATION FOR POSSESSORY TITLE TO LAND
Application AQ362403 has been made by ANDRIS ERICS GAUJA AND CHIARA
ELISABETTA BELLINATO (‘Applicant’) for a title pursuant to Part 6A of the
Real Property Act 1900 (NSW) (‘Act’) (possessory title) in respect of the
undermentioned land:
- Being land referred to in Part Lot 7 in DP1169784, shown in proposed
Deposited Plan 1281741
- In the Local Government Area WAVERLEY, Parish of ALEXANDRIA, County
of CUMBERLAND.
The Applicant claims title by possession adverse to PUBLIC TRUSTEE,
SOPHIE MATHILDE HERWIG AND THE UNION TRUSTEE COMPANY OF AUSTRALIA LIMITED,
his successors and assigns.
The Registrar-General intends to grant this application on the expiration
of one month from the date of publication of this notice,
unless before the expiration of that time period an objection is lodged in
the form of a caveat pursuant to section 74F(3) of the Act.
