The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (“CBA”) is in possession of a coin collection under bailment, which is available for collection by the depositor, Ms Helene Bartleson and Ms Sheena Rowley, jointly. The goods can be collected from the CBA’s premises at Shop 11, 22 Wolfe Street, Newcastle in the State of New South Wales. The annual fee in respect of this service is $672.00 (inc. GST), although, as at the time of this notice, no amount is due to the CBA. On or after 16 June 2025, the goods will be disposed of by way of an order under section 31B(1)(c) of the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW), that the receiver deliver the goods to the possession of Ms Helene Bartleson, unless the goods are first collected, and any charges are paid, by Ms Helene Bartleson and Ms Sheena Rowley, jointly.
