Creditors, next of kin and other having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 March 2024, are required by the Executors of the Estate, to send particulars to Olivetree Legal, PO Box 3230, Mornington VIC 3230 by 27 July 2024 after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the Executors then have notice.
