Notice is given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936 (SA), the Succession Act 2023 (SA) and Family Relationships Act 1975 (SA) that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the estate are required to send in writing to the office of AUSTRALIAN EXECUTOR TRUSTEES LIMITED ACN 007 869 794 of Level 14/45 Pirie Street, Adelaide, SA 5000, full particulars and proof of such claims within twenty eight (28) days of the date of publication hereof, after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
