NOTICE OF INTENDED DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE
Any person having a claim upon the estate of CHRISTOPHER JOHN MOLLOY late of Lot 4612 Stephen Road, Marrakai in the Northern Territory, Retired Postman, who died on 14 May 2023, must send particulars of their claim to the Public Trustee for the Northern Territory at Nichols Place Cnr Cavenagh & Bennett Streets, Darwin, GPO Box 470 DARWIN NT 0801, within two (2) calendar months from publication of this notice. After that time the Public Trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which at the time of distribution it has notice. Letters of Administration were granted in the Territory on 22 February 2024.
