NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to section 110A of the Administration and Probate Act, Richard Bryson Legal Practitioner of Bryson Kelly Legal of 55 Knuckey Street Darwin in the Northern Territory, intends to administer the estate of ALISON MARY KELLY, Government Worker, late of 5/3 Brewery Place Woolner in the Northern Territory who died on 19 January 2025 testate. All persons having claims against the estate are requested to submit their claims in writing to Bryson Kelly Legal PO Box 4810 Darwin NT 0800, within 2 calendar months from publication hereto, after which date Richard Bryson Legal Practitioner will distribute the estate having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
