NOTICE OF INTENDED DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE
Any person having a claim upon the estate of SANDRA MARTHA GILMOUR late of 35 Stow Road, Howard Springs formerly of Lot 3 Hughes Field Estate, Noonamah in the Northern Territory, Pensioner, who died on 4 August 2023, must send particulars of their claim to the Public Trustee for the Northern Territory at Darwin Corporate Park, 631 Stuart Highway, Berrimah, GPO Box 470 DARWIN NT 0801, within two (2) calendar months from publication of this notice. After that time the Public Trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which at the time of distribution it has notice. An Election to Administer was filed in the Territory on 30 October 2023.
