Any person having any claim upon the estate of Stephen Leonard Deane, late of AVALON BEACH, NSW, who died on 4 October 2024, must send particulars of the claim to the legal representative for the estate care of Peter Vincent Elliott, at Suite 7, 15 Old Barrenjoey Road, AVALON BEACH NSW 2107, or by email to peter@stuartlatham.com.au within 30 days from publication of this notice. After that time and after 6 months from the date of death of the deceased, the legal representative intends to distribute the property in the estate having regard only to the claims of which the legal representative had notice at the time of distribution.
