MIRANDA ROE (in the Will known as MIRANDA HAYMEN ROE HOLT) of 300 Avalon Road, Sheldon in
Queensland, VICTORIA KENNEDY RAWLINSON (in the Will known as VICTORIA KENNEDY ROE-RAWLINSON) of 3 Jadmar Street, Everton Park in Queensland and TIMOTHY KENNEDY ROE (in the Will known as TIMOTHY ROE) of 12 Glin Avenue, Newmarket in Queensland the executors of the will of the estate of CHLOE KENNEDY ROE (also known as BARBARA KENNEDY ROE and EMERALD ROE), late of 1410/31 Musk Avenue, Kelvin Grove in Queensland, deceased, to whom probate of the said will was granted by the Supreme Court of Queensland on the 6th September 2024, will apply to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction that the seal of the Said Supreme Court of Tasmania may be affixed to the said probate pursuant to Part VI of the Administration and Probate Act 1935.
