NOTICE FOR CLAIMS
DOUGLAS REGINALD SIMPSON late of 1 Toogood Drive, Lindisfarne, Tasmania, deceased died on 11 August 2022.
Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property of the abovenamed deceased, are required by the Executor, JULIE MAREE MORGAN, C/- Roberts & Partners Lawyers, Suite 5a/1 Stanton Place, Cambridge Tasmania 7170 to send particulars of their claim in writing to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania by 24 May 2024, after which date the Executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
