CREDITORS NEXT OF KIN AND OTHERS having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3 November 2024, are required by the Executor, CHRISTOPHER JOHN MILLER care of Arthur J. Dines & Co., Solicitors of 2 Enterprise Drive, Bundoora, in the said State, to send particulars to him by 5 May 2025 after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to claims to which he has notice.
