CREDITORS NEXT OF KIN AND OTHERS having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 18 July 2024, are required by the Executor, MICHAEL RAUSA care of Arthur J. Dines & Co., Solicitors of 2 Enterprise Drive, Bundoora, in the said State, to send particulars to him by 28 April 2025 after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to claims to which he has notice.
