NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1936, as amended, the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act, 1972 and the Family Relationships Act, 1975, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the above estate are required to send, in writing to Rudall & Rudall Lawyers, 25 Murray Street Gawler 5118 full particulars and proof of such claims on or before 19 September 2024 otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution of the said estate.
