CREDITORS NEXT OF KIN AND OTHERS having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 21 September 2024, are required by the Executrix, MARIE BERNADETTE RAINER care of Arthur J. Dines & Co., Solicitors of 2 Enterprise Drive, Bundoora, in the said State, to send particulars to her by 21 April 2025 after which date the Executrix may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to claims to which she has notice.
