CREDITORS NEXT OF KIN AND OTHERS having claims in respect of the Estate of the deceased who died on the 17 January 2024 are required by the Executor, MARK KEVIN DARMODY, care of Arthur J. Dines & Co., Solicitors, 2 Enterprise Drive, Bundoora, in the said State, to send particulars to him by the 17 June 2024 after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to claims to which he has notice.
