NEXT OF KIN having claims in respect of the Estate of the deceased who died on the 14th of December 2023 are required by the Administrator MICHAEL JOHN KUSS, care of Southern Coast Legal, Barristers and Solicitors, 34 Cadell Street, Goolwa in the said State, to send particulars to him within 30 days of this notice after which date the Administrator may convey or distribute assets having regards only to claims to which he has notice.
